Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date.

• Standard Returns: Items must be in new condition with original tags attached. Items returned without tags will be rejected.

• Defective Items: If an item is defective, it may be returned regardless of tag status.

2. Return Shipping Costs

• Non-Defective Returns: If you are returning an item due to fit or preference, a return shipping label will be provided. The cost of this label will be deducted from your total refund.

• Defective Products: If the product is deemed defective, Cashew will provide a free prepaid shipping label. No shipping fees will be deducted.

3. Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product.

• Exchanges must be initiated within the 60-day window.

• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How to Process All items must be shipped back to our facility to be processed. Please email Help@CashewApparel.com and/or submit the form below to begin the process
